| Exposition / Adoration |
| Every morning Monday-Friday from 6.30 a.m – 7.00
a.m. the Blessed Sacrament is exposed for silent adoration, meditation
and prayer. This is a practice which is common in the Roman Catholic
tradition. On a Tuesday morning exposition continues until 12 noon.
This is an opportunity for listening to the Lord, reflecting on his
word and giving thanks for his great mercies towards us. |
