We meet for prayer every day of the week at differing times and in differing styles.

From Monday to Friday we meet between 7.00 a.m. and 7.30 a.m. The first half hour is in quiet meditation. At 7.30 a.m. we pray the Prayer of the Church when a group is present which is made up of a hymn, psalms, a reading and intercessions. You can join for any part of the prayer and there is no need to stay until the end.

On a Saturday, when groups are in, we meet for Welcome to Sunday at 5.00 p.m.
