We meet for prayer every day of the week at differing times and in differing styles.

From Monday to Friday we meet between 6.30 a.m. and 7.30 a.m. The first half hour is in quiet meditation followed by communion in the Roman Catholic tradition. At 7.15 a.m. we pray the Prayer of the Church which is made up of a hymn, psalms, a reading and intercessions. You can join for any part of the prayer and there is no need to stay until the end.

On a Tuesday there is an extended period for adoration or meditation until 12 noon.

On a Saturday we meet for Welcome to Sunday at 5.00 p.m. and on Sunday we meet at 6.30 p.m. for a shared prayer meeting.
