The Community has acquired a lease on a couple of Holiday Cottages in the very pleasant town of Clevedon just north of Weston Super Mare. We have acquired these to provide holiday lets for disadvantaged families and individuals. The market rents have been substantially reduced.

There is one three bedroom and one two bedroom cottage available. They have been purpose built for holiday lets and are only 10 years old. The have their own lounge, kitchen and bathroom with full gas-fired central heating. The accommodation is all on the one level.

The rents are currently £150 per week for the 2-bedroom cottage and £175 for the three-bedroom cottage. This is inclusive of all heat and light. Clients are asked to bring their own sheets and towels but duvets and blankets are provided.

Your church or group may wish to sponsor a family to have a short break. Bookings are restricted to one week during the school holidays but otherwise bookings up to 14 days can be taken.

If you have a family in mind then please send an E-mail or telephone for an application form. If you are wanting to book for a family during the school holidays then you will need to consider those bookings now as last year has shown we are not able to meet the demand.
