Christian Care Centres is a Charitable Company Limited by Guarantee
and has members who in turn elect the Board of Directors and have
the power to vote at the AGM and any EGM on proposals brought to those
meetings. These members are elected by and from among those members
of the Friends who attend a Church that is a member of Churches Together
in England and Wales. This is not an onerous position but a responsible
one as these members will agree any changes to the Articles of
the
Company and protect its Christian ethos. If you wish to subscribe
